Rates & Info from The Club at Sunrise

Dear: Valued Customers

We are excited to re-open The Club at Sunrise on May 4th, 2020. Your health, safety and wellbeing remain our top priority as we provide a place to enjoy our great game and get fresh air during these challenging times. Therefore, The Club at Sunrise leadership team is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and taking preventative measures to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service, safety and cleanliness to our customers.

Your health protection being our top priority, we are following the guidelines established by the CDC with additional guidance from the SNHD for preventing the spread of the virus. Therefore, we have implemented additional sanitation measures and made operational adjustments at our facility to mitigate risk and reduce the spread of this virus. These operational changes are highly important to our ability to remain open and must be followed by all golfers while onsite.

This includes the following procedures:

  1. Starting: May 2nd, 2020 we will ONLY accept Pre-Paid Tee Times (no walk-in play) through the Golf Now On-Line booking website/app. Simply go to theclubatsunrise.com to book and Pre-Pay for your Tee Time. During this first phase of re-opening, we will only be accepting tee times that are pre-paid. For the protection of our golf staff and customers, we will NOT accept any payments at the golf facility (including cash).

 

The Golf Now booking page/app will only have two rates available –

  • Monday – Friday - $32.00, cart is complimentary (single rider only, limited supply)
  • Saturday – Sunday – Major Holidays - $39.00, cart is complimentary (single rider only, limited supply)
  • Tee times will be spaced in 12-minute intervals, only 5 tee times per hour, to allow for adequate social distancing
  • The first bookable tee time will be 6:00 a.m. and the last bookable tee time will be 12:00 p.m.
  • Until we return to normal operations, you may book tee times up to 7 days in advance only. Follow us on email and social media for updates

What to expect when you come to the course –

  • The Clubhouse will be closed to all public access
  • VIP portable restrooms will be placed near #1 Tee Area for ladies & gentlemen
  • The restrooms on the golf course will still be available on Hole #6 and Hole #14
  • Single Rider Carts for all pre-paid tee time customers, no sharing of carts will be allowed
  • The golf carts will NOT have the following regular amenities
    • Sand Bottles
    • Ice Chests / with Water
    • Towels will NOT be available
    • Scorecards & Pencils
    • Tees
  • The Driving Range will be CLOSED
  • Practice Putting Green will NOT have holes cut, we will be using stakes with long spikes
  • No Food & Beverage availability, No Beverage Cart Service – During this temporary phase only, we are allowing you to bring non-alcoholic beverages and food
  • No Patio Chairs or seating will be allowed – no congregation anywhere on the property will be allowed

 

  1. We are wiping down all golf cart’s after play with bleach towels in high touch areas.
  2. We have posted visual signage throughout our facilities to encourage staff and guests to wash hands thoroughly, along with verbal and email communication.
  3. Our customary ‘handshake welcome’ with our guests will be replaced with a standard “hello” to limit human contact.
