Luxury Condominiums at Trump Tower Las Vegas

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas (Trump Tower) stands proud on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip. Rising 600 feet above the hustle and bustle, this world-class luxury hotel condominium features 1,282 suites, with 1,232 of those classified as studio and one-bedroom suites and the remaining 50 as penthouses. True to Trump standards, these amazing privately owned condominiums are selling amongst the highest price per square foot sales in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas property is just one of many within the Trump Hotel Collection, a division of The Trump Organization that was launched in October of 2007. “We are opening up projects everywhere, from Rio de Janeiro to Vancouver, Canada,” says Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Trump Organization. “Many are currently operating, and we also have a tremendous amount of properties in the process of being built.”

As a whole, The Trump Organization is much more than hotels. Within their impressive portfolio, they own and operate 18 prestigious golf properties all over the world. Among them is the well-known Trump Turnberry Resort in Scotland, which has hosted The British Open Championship four times, most recently in July of 2009. Turnberry is one of a handful of Trump Golf properties that also boasts a world-class luxury hotel and elegantly showcases how Trump truly handles it all. “We are very well integrated and the combination is working,” says Eric Trump. “I really feel we do it all exceptionally well. We buy the property, we build it, we manage it, we do golf, we do hotels, we do retail, we renovate.”

And that is exactly what they have done in Las Vegas.

“We wanted to build the highest end buildings in the market, and we definitely did that in Las Vegas,” says Eric Trump. “When we opened up, we sold for the highest prices in Las Vegas and we were 100 percent sold out. Then in 2009 came the drop in prices and it hit everyone. We sat back for a couple of years weathering the storm, and currently we are still selling for the highest prices in Las Vegas. Our buyers love the units, and they utilize them a lot. What we offer is superior even to what we told the buyers it would be. The building is just a special place.”

The Trump Hotel Collection expects white glove service from each of its properties, to bring a true five-star experience. “That is hard to do with casino properties,” says Eric Trump. And that is why guests are escorted across the street for their gambling fun, as the Trump Tower is a non-gaming facility. “I think we have done that exceptionally well; we truly do have white glove service. If someone wants to go gamble, they go across the street. It someone wants a luxury hotel experience, they come to us. The building overall truly is exceptional.”

A large number of the condominium units at the Trump Tower are owned by the Trump Hotel Collection, and the group also manages the building. Floor plans for the condominiums range from 526 to 3,080 square feet and are priced from $250,000 to $3.75 million. Magnificent views of The Strip framed through floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant living spaces, custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art kitchenettes and spacious marble baths are just a few of the selling points.

Actually living in the dramatic 64-story tower encased in 24-karat gold glass is pretty spectacular as well. The non-smoking resort is ideally located steps away from famed shopping, gaming and entertainment. Five-star services and amenities include the award-wining Spa at trump, DJT Restaurant, H2(EAU) poolside café, an expansive pool deck with private cabanas, a 24-hour doorman, a full service business center, signature Trump Kids and Trump Pets programs, and a dedicated owner representative. Recently Trump Las Vegas announced a partnership with Maverick Helicopters to debut the “Trump Las Vegas House Helicopter” offering on-call luxe air transportation for its property owners.
